I am grateful and deeply appreciate Jeff’s mentorship in magic.  His mentorship has revitalized my lifelong learning in magic and helped me grow personally and professionally. In the work I do as a physician, Jeff’s mentorship sessions are truly some of my most valued moments that allow me to re- approach magic as holistic healing art form. Jeff has helped me transform my skills using magic that helps me, my patients, my colleagues, and even helped me instill a timeless message back into my own healthcare organization that the best physicians are polymaths — as healers (to create moments of compassion, “Awe” and “ease” for patients with “dis-ease”), to create these “Eureka” and magical moments on rounds as an Educator and help me train the next generation (knowledge/wisdom) of physician students, and as a Researcher(ie., origins of the word “Laboratory”) to go from the “bench to the bedside and back” and create Curative moments or treatments— even transient ones —in this journey we call Life.   

 

For this I am extremely grateful to be a student of Jeff McBride, his Magic & Mystery School, and I look forward to continued lifelong learning and beyond !
